LUMORA
A meeting between light and stillness.
The name combines the Latin words lumen (light) and ora (horizon), carrying the idea of a threshold where the inner and outer worlds meet.
In this series, light emerges as a presence rather than a subject—something that moves, dissolves, and re-forms through shifting layers. The horizon is not a fixed line, but a transition where time itself seems to pause.
Lumora explores the subtle: the shifts between clarity and haze, form and dissolution. The works possess a meditative quality, inviting stillness and attentive presence.
Here, light becomes a language for the inner landscape—a place where something is about to emerge, or has only just disappeared.
